What You'll Do - A Day in the Life
• Assist with claims tracking and incident reporting, including data entry, documentation, and file organization.
• Support workplace safety efforts by maintaining records, helping coordinate training, and assisting with safety inspections.
• Compile reports and spreadsheets related to claims, safety activities, and program tracking.
• Provide administrative support to the Risk Manager and HR team, including onboarding coordination, records management, and special projects.

Qualifications required for consideration
• A High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Coursework in Risk Management or Occupational Safety.
• Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background check and drug screenings.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• One (1) year of experience in Risk Management or Human Resources.
• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Risk Management (or related field).

WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm - Approximately 28 hours per week
WORK LOCATION: City of Branson, Missouri; City Hall. This is an in-office position requiring work to be performed onsite.
